به گزارش ايسنا، ساعت 22 شب گذشته (دوشنبه) زماني كه كارشناسان سازمان آب جهت نمونه برداري از آب موجود در مخزن آب شرب پونك مراجعه كرده‌اند، پس از برداشتن درب مخزن بوي تعفني را احساس كرده و مشاهده كردند كه يك جسد متلاشي شده داخل مخزن وجود دارد.

در پي اعلام موضوع به مرجع انتظامي، قاضي محمدحسين شاملو بازپرس كشيك قتل پايتخت از اين موضوع باخبر شد و دستورات قضايي لازم را در اين زمينه صادر كرد.

بازپرس شعبه اول بازپرسي(ويژه قتل) دادسراي امور جنايي تهران در اين زمينه به ايسنا گفت: دستوراتي كه در اين زمينه صادر شده مبني بر اين است كه اولا چرا منطقه مذكور حفاظت شده نبوده و درب مخزن نيز قفل نبوده است.

وي با بيان اين‌كه مشخص نيست جنسيت جسد مرد است يا زن؟ اظهار كرد: حدود يك ماه از مرگ صاحب جسد گذشته و جسد در داخل آب دچار فشار شديد نئشي شده است.

بازپرس جنايي تهران افزود: مشخص نيست كه متوفي دست به خودكشي زده و يا پس از قتل، جسدش به داخل مخزن انتقال يافته است.

شاملو در پايان به ايسنا گفت: در حال حاضر دستور تخليه، گندزدايي و ضدعفوني كردن 17 ميليون متر مكعب آب موجود در مخزن را صادر كرده‌ايم و تحقيقات در اين زمينه ادامه دارد.
